1. Avoid walking alone
2. Never take a ride with or walk with a stranger
3. If a stranger approaches or attempts to get the child into a vehicle, children should scream and run for help
4. Students should use precautionary measures, even while waiting inside of the school yard, until parents arrive
1. Parents and students should maintain good communication about pick-up/drop-off times and locations
2. Never walk in an isolated area or alley
3. Never walk with head phones on
4. See something, say something (always report any safety concerns to an adult immediately)

Expanded Transitional Kindergarten—8th Grade
The ETK-8th Summer School program will be offered in person and is designed to support core instruction, provide targeted academic intervention in a small group setting, as well as in-person enrichment activities such as music, visual arts, and dance.
Registration: April 12
Program Dates: June 26 – July 25
Times: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday - Friday

How to Apply: Families have two options for enrolling a child in the ETK-8 program:
1. Request a Student Application and submit the completed form to the home school
2. Complete an online Student Application by visiting enroll.lausd.netEligibility: Current Los Angeles Unified students with District ID number in grades ETK-8th

We are currently enrolling students from TK-5th grade. Please inquire at the Main Office between 7:30-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
